A focus on patients' needs
“When someone asks me why I chose to become a podiatrist I simply explain to them that podiatry is everything I could ask for in a medical career. Podiatry combines many medical specialties including dermatology, neurology, orthopedics and sports medicine and focuses them on the lower extremity. This diversity as well as the hands-on nature of podiatric medicine keeps things interesting and exciting. I enjoy being able to provide people's feet the special attention they deserve.”
